The present invention relates to an interactive medical service delivery system based on an artificial intelligence chatbot, and more specifically, to an interactive medical service delivery system based on an artificial intelligence chatbot, which may automatically respond to care consulting, reservation consulting, and care question through a messenger after analyzing questions of a client for medical tourism abroad. To this end, the present invention includes a client terminal accessing an application for providing an interactive medical service based on an artificial intelligence chatbot to input questions with respect to care consulting and reservation consulting based on a chatbot, and to receive response to the questions; and a server for extracting a phone number of a missed client terminal to transmit a message capable of starting a chatting service based on the artificial intelligence chatbot to the client terminal. If the server receives a request of medical questions from the client terminal, the service analyzes a morpheme of a sentence input from a dictionary database to extract main keywords, and searches an answer suited to a purpose from a natural language database learned by analyzing meaning of a vocabulary based on the extracted main keywords to suggest the searched answer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
