Provided is a method for providing a grant agreement service based on an AI chatbot. The method comprises the steps of: receiving, from a user terminal, a list of contracts currently being concluded to receive grants; mapping the received contract list with the user terminal and storing the mapping resu extracting an expiration list before a preset period from the expiration date from the contract list; obtaining at least one parameter including the type of contract, the goods or services which are the subject of the contract, and the terms of the contract which are included in the expiration list; extracting a list of agreement candidates for subsidizing the grant including the obtained at least one parameter; requesting approval to confirm the contract by transmitting the extracted agreement candidate list to the user terminal; and when approval confirmation data is received in response to the approval, completing the agreement selected by the user terminal from the agreement candidate list. The present invention can search answer data after understanding the intention of the user utterance.
