The present invention relates to a composition for inhibiting apoptosis of peritoneal mesothelial cells containing alpha-1 antitrypsin. More specifically, the present invention relates to a composition for inhibiting apoptosis of peritoneal mesothelial cells containing alpha-1 antitrypsin, which exhibits an effect of inhibiting apoptosis of peritoneal mesothelial cells due to a peritoneal dialysis solution by inhibiting caspase-3, as an active component.
