The present invention relates to an Asian finger food item and an application thereof. In particular, an Asian food item is formed into a rice paper wrap (also known as spring roll) to have a cylindrical shape, wherein both ends of the wrap are sealed to prevent juice from escaping. Rice is placed along the length of the wrap, and the rice and the wrap are rolled around with a laver sheet, to produce gimbap. The gimbap thus prepared preferably has a length that makes it easy to hold and eat with a hand, and as a finger food item, could be used to open a fast-food restaurant similar to hamburger joints. Asian dishes that are delicious and rich in nutrients, such as stir-fried foods and grilled foods using pork belly, shrimp, chicken, oysters, octopus, ribs, barbequed beef, etc. may be sold over the counter as fast food items, and also a drive-in style restaurant could be implemented where customers make a purchase through a window while still sitting in their vehicle.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
