Disclosed are a method for providing a medical service, a server for providing a medical service, and a medical service providing system including the same. The method for providing the medical service includes the steps of: selecting, by a patient, a medical institution to receive medical treatment by providing a list of medical institutions including at least one medical institution suitable for a patients situation to a mobile terminal; requesting and receiving a diagnostic chart including at least one question required for the treatment of the patient to the selected medical institution; providing the diagnostic chart to the mobile terminal to receive an answer to at least one question included in the diagnostic chart from the patient; matching and storing the at least one question included in the diagnostic chart and the answer received from the patient; and transmitting the diagnostic chart including an answer received from the patient to the selected medical institution.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
