The present invention relates to a method for preparing a nickel-cobalt-manganese complex sulfate solution, comprising the steps of: (a) reducing a wasted positive electrode material of a lithium secondary battery in the form of oxide through a roasting process; (b) leaching and filtering, with acid, the wasted positive electrode material of the lithium secondary battery reduced through the roasting process; (c) separating metallic impurities by selectively hydrolyzing the filtrate separated in the step (b); (d) hydrolyzing the filtrate obtained in the step (c) to separate lithium and obtain a cake; and (e) leaching with acid and filtering the cake obtained in the step (d).
