The present invention comprises the steps of (a) reducing an anode type lithium secondary battery waste cathode material through a roasting process, (b) leaching and filtering a lithium secondary battery waste cathode material reduced through an roasting process with acid, (c ) (B) selectively hydrolyzing the filtrate separated in step to separate metallic impurities, (d) hydrolyzing the filtrate obtained in step (c) to separate lithium and obtaining a cake, and ( e) A method for preparing a nickel-cobalt-manganese complex sulfate solution comprising the step of leaching and filtering the cake obtained in step (d) with acid.
