One embodiment of the present invention provides a ship gangway, which includes: a motion platform installed on a ship; and a deck installed in an upper portion of the motion platform, wherein the motion platform includes: a first frame installed on the ship; a second frame installed in an upper portion of the first frame; and a plurality of rod assemblies positioned between the first frame and the second frame, coupled to the first frame and the second frame, and expanded to change a posture of the second frame with respect to the first frame.
