Heat-resistant austenitic stainless steel with excellent high-temperature fatigue life is provided. The heat-resistant stainless steel of the present invention comprises 0.08 or less wt% of C, 1.5 or less wt% of Si, 2.0 or less wt% of Mn, 0.045 or less wt% of P, 0.03 or less wt% of S, 19-22 wt% of Ni, 24-26 wt% of Cr, 0.08-0.30 wt% of V, and the balance Fe and inevitable impurities, where V/C is 4-11.
