The present invention relates to an ultraviolet ray and fine dust measuring device and an analysis system using the same, and more specifically, to an ultraviolet ray and fine dust measuring device and an analysis system using the same, capable of measuring ultraviolet rays and fine dust indoors and outdoors using image information and analyzing and providing comprehensive information about the external air environment. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the ultraviolet ray and fine dust measuring device comprises: a camera unit (110); an image analysis unit (120) extracting image information input from the camera unit into a predetermined frame (A) according to a predetermined range and comparing the extracted frame (A) with a previous image frame (A-1) to analyze an image according to pixel values; and an air quality calculation unit (130) recording, when a variance in the pixel values in the image information analyzed in the image analysis unit falls within a predetermined reference range, the degree of the variance and calculating an atmospheric environment index by comparing an ultraviolet ray index and a fine dust index of a pixel value serving as a reference.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
