The present invention provides a complex-fermented composition of Fabaton soybean leaves and Schisandra chinensis which is prepared by complex-fermenting a mixture of Fabaton soybean leaves and Schisandra chinensis with a specific complex seed to enhance a digestive enzyme inhibitory activity, aglycone isoflavone, omega-6 fatty acid and antioxidant activity and enhance food processability (flavor, flavor, color), as well as a preparation method thereof.
