The present invention relates to a feed additive for cattle comprising n-acetyl-l-tryptophan (NALT) as an active ingredient. More specifically, a feed additive composition comprises NALT as an active ingredient to reduce temperature stress of cattle and increase a daily gain and feed intake amount of the cattle, feed including the same. Methods for reducing the temperature stress of the cattle and increasing the daily gain and feed intake amount of the cattle comprises a step of feeding the feed additive composition or feed comprising NALT as an active ingredient to the cattle.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
