Provided in the present invention is a method for preparing an anion adsorbent. The method for preparing an anion adsorbent comprises the steps of: preparing a laminated structure by mixing at least two metallic salts to alternately and repeatedly laminate a cation compound layer and an anion compound layer including anions and crystal water; preparing a preliminary anion adsorbent by primarily heat-treating the laminated structure to expand between the cation compound layers; and preparing an anion adsorbent for adsorbing target anions in treated water by secondarily heat-treating the preliminary anion adsorbent to remove the anions and the crystal water from the anion compound layer, wherein the method may comprise controlling whether the anions remain or not on the anion compound layer depending on a type of the target anion.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
