The present invention relates to a power strip (outlet). Although a conventional power strip has a power interruption device, a direct power-off method is used for the power interruption device such that the device needs to be manually turned off, which causes inconvenience. However, a power strip of the present invention has an additional smart touchscreen, thereby cutting off the power at a desired time. In addition, a smart power strip of the present invention is provided to solve a problem where power is consumed when a user goes out or sleeps with the power strip turned on by mistake so as to reduce waste of electricity by cutting off unnecessary power. The smart power strip enables the user to adjust time on an image displayed on a timer touchscreen (54) by operating a timer (50) so that power consumption due to unnecessary use of outlets can be reduced. Accordingly, a plug is automatically pulled out when the time is up and thus, an alarm is generated from the timer. The timer and the touchscreen are formed on a right side of the smart power strip.
