The present invention relates to a steel sheet having corrosion resistance in sulfuric acid and sulfuric acid/hydrochloric acid composite environments and a manufacturing method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the corrosion-resistant steel sheet comprises 0.15 wt% or lower (excluding 0 wt%) of carbon (C), 0.05-0.5 wt% of copper (Cu), 0.02-0.3 wt% of nickel (Ni), 0.05-0.45 wt% of antimony (Sb), one or more among 0.05-0.45 wt% of tin (Sn), 0.05-0.2 wt% of tungsten (W), and 0.2-1.45 wt% of molybdenum (Mo), and the remainder consisting of iron (Fe) and inevitable impurities, and satisfies the following formula 1: Cu + 3Sb + 5Sn + 5W + Mo 1 (wt%).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
