摘要

Corrosion rates and anode polarization curves of RE-Ni-W-P-SiC-PTFErncomposite coating in various concentrations of sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid solutionsrnwere researched. Results showed that corrosion law of the RE-Ni-W-P-PTFE-SiC compositerncoating in various concentrations of sulfuric acid solutions was the same. The corrosion raternof the composite coating increased with the rise of concentrations of sulfuric acid, andrncorrosion rate in hydrochloric acid decreased with increasing concentration of hydrochloricrnacid. Anode polarization curves of RE-Ni-W-P-SiC-PTFE composite coating in variousrnconcentrations of sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid solutions showed that anodernpolarization electric current density of the composite at 200℃or 500℃ heat treatment was rnbelow that at other heat treatment, it is clear that the composite coating at 200℃ or 500℃ rnheat treatment had better corrosion resistance.
