The present invention relates to a culture medium composition for differentiation from human-derived pluripotent stem cells to dermal papilla precursor cells, a differentiation method, and a use of induction of hair follicle growth using the differentiated dermal papilla precursor cells. The present inventors have developed a method for differentiating human-derived pluripotent stem cells into dermal papilla precursor cells having hair follicle-forming ability, and a composition of a dermal papilla precursor cell-specific differentiation culture medium for the differentiation, and have effectively induced hair follicle growth composed only of human cells, not conventional mouse-human hybrid hair follicles, by using human-derived dermal papilla precursor cells and human-derived epidermal precursor cells obtained by the differentiation method. It is expected that human hair follicle tissue produced by applying the dermal papilla precursor cell differentiation technology according to the present invention can be useful for a therapeutic method for patients suffering from alopecia by overcoming the limitations of alopecia treatment.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
