The present invention relates to a dynamic balance for measuring body balancing ability and providing an exercise prescription and, more specifically, to a dynamic balance to collect concrete information for a user′s body shape required for constructing customized standardization data for each lifecycle in accordance with healthcare through measurement of a body balancing ability (exercise evaluation) in various postures and measurement of a body mass index (BMI). Specifically, the present invention relates to a dynamic balance for providing an exercise prescription suitable for the ability to balance the balancing ability and exercise prescription for bodybuild based on a measurement value. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the dynamic balance comprises: a base plate enabling the user, who wants to measure his or her body balancing ability, to step thereon with one foot; a first pointer longitudinally protruding to the front side of a stepping footplate to enable the user to take a posture stretching forward the other foot while stepping on the base plate; and a plurality of second pointers longitudinally protruding in the diagonal direction of left and right rear sides of the stepping footplate to enable the user to take a posture and laterally opening and stretching backward the other foot while stepping on the stepping footplate. The base plate has the length and width to place one foot of the person to be measured thereon and has the thickness to insert a front end part into the first and second pointers and embed a measurement module therein. Moreover, an insertion space to insert and couple one front end part of the first pointer thereinto and thereto is formed in a longitudinal front end part.
