PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform wheel balance adjustment of a tire sub-assembly in a wheel balance dynamic measuring device without complicating the balance adjustment even in case of a change in model, and to enhance the calibration accuracy of the dynamic measuring device. PSOLUTION: When the wheel balance dynamic measuring device is calibrated, a wheel part 50 of the tire sub-assembly is divided into a plurality of element parts and simplified, whereby the wheel part is composed as an inner ring part 2, a support column 3, an outer part 4, and a sleeve with washer 5, and the calibration of the wheel balance dynamic measuring device is performed by use of a master wheel obtained by combining these element parts. The offset value, rim diameter, rim width and weight of the master wheel 1 are set equal to the offset value, rim diameter, rim width and weight of the wheel part of the tire sub-assembly.
