The present invention relates to a silica-polydiacetylene liposome complex, a lead ion colorimetric detector comprising the same, and a method for manufacturing the same. Since the silica-polydiacetylene liposome complex according to the present invention has adsorption for lead ions due to nano-sized porous silica, the lead ion selectivity of polydiacetylene is improved and the lead ions can be colorimetrically detected with high selectivity. By manufacturing the silica-polydiacetylene liposome complex with a paper-type lead ion colorimetric detector, lead ions can be quickly detected with the naked eye, and thus the silica-polydiacetylene liposome complex can be effectively applied to sites where lead ion detection is required.
