The present invention relates to a silica-polydiacetylene liposome complex, a lead ion colorimetric detector including the same, and a method for preparing the same, and the silica-polydiacetylene liposome complex according to the present invention is used to prevent lead ions due to nano-sized porous silica. By having adsorption properties, lead ion selectivity of polydiacetylene is improved, and lead ions can be colorimetrically detected with high selectivity, and lead by the naked eye by preparing the silica-polydiacetylene liposome complex with a paper-type lead ion colorimetric detector. Since ions can be quickly detected, they can be effectively applied to sites requiring lead ion detection.
