The present invention relates to a silica-polydiacetylene liposome complex, a lead ion colorimetric detector comprising the same, and a method for preparing the same, and the silica-polydiacetylene liposome complex according to the present invention is directed against lead ions due to nano-sized porous silica. By having the adsorption property, the lead ion selectivity of polydiacetylene is improved. As a result, lead ions can be colorimetrically detected with high selectivity. Since it can quickly detect ions, it can be effectively applied to sites where lead ion detection is required.
