That is, the present invention allows a victim or a perpetrator to confirm exact information according to a damage situation or an assault situation by providing information on whether an injured situation or a perpetrated situation is guilty or not based on a plurality of input values according to the damage situation or the perpetrated situation with respect to the victim or the perpetrator and related provisions.
