An embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus for a battery charge-discharge cycle test after a battery short-circuit test, comprising: a chamber formed to test a battery under a set temperature; a battery short-circuit test unit connecting a micro resistor between an anode terminal and an electrode terminal of the battery under set conditions to drop voltage of the battery to a specific value for short-circuiting the battery; a temperature measurement unit including a chamber inside temperature measurement sensor which can measure the temperature within the chamber in order to check the set temperature and a battery temperature measurement sensor which can measure a temperature change of the battery; a voltage measurement unit for measuring voltage of the battery; a data collection unit connected to the temperature measurement unit and the voltage measurement unit to collect and display the measured values; and a battery charge-discharge cycle test unit performing charge-discharge cycles as many as the setting number wherein, in the charge-discharge cycle, charging and discharging the short-circuited battery are repeated, and accordingly performing the test for outputting a battery capacity measurement result.
