The present invention provides a scientific visualization system for ocean data, which allows a user to know ocean and weather changes in 3D images in real time and analyze weather and marine environment through the confirmed data at the same time. The scientific visualization system for ocean data includes: a server for storing weather and ocean data; and a data extraction unit for extracting the weather and ocean data corresponding to a selected location as images and videos, wherein the data extraction unit includes a confirmation unit for determining whether the selected location matches the data extraction location from the weather and ocean data are extracted, and a transmission unit.
