The present invention relates to an easy-cut food waste bag. That is, according to the present invention, the easy-cut food waste bag comprises: a food waste bag which can contain food waste to discard the same; a handle which is formed on an upper end unit of the bag to move the bag with food waste to be discarded contained inside; and a thin strap which is built in a lower end unit of the bag and protrudes towards the outside of the finish line on the lower end unit of the bag so that the user can tear the bag and discard the food waste. The present invention is to allow the user to pull the strap protruding to the outside of the lower end unit by holding the handle, and tear the lower end unit of the bag along the finish line on the lower end unit of the food waste bag, thereby allowing the food waste to fall down by gravity through the lower side of the torn bag.
