The present invention provides a nanostructure composition and a method for preparing the nanostructure composition. The nanostructure composition comprises a population of nanostructures comprising a polyfunctional poly(alkylene oxide) ligand. The present invention also provides a nanostructure film comprising a nanostructure composition and a method of making a nanostructure film using the nanostructure composition.
