The present invention relates to a biomimetic cell culture apparatus using nanotechnology capable of establishing a culture condition similar to a real cell environment in cell culture by including a pattern layer of a nano pattern. The biomimetic cell culture device utilizing the nanotechnology according to the present invention includes a culture dish that provides a predetermined culture space, and a pattern support provided on the culture dish and formed with a nano-sized pattern.
