The present invention provides the use of a PARP inhibitor in the treatment of chemotherapy-resistant ovarian cancer or breast cancer. In particular, the present invention provides a use of a PARP inhibitor in the manufacture of a drug for the treatment of chemotherapy-resistant ovarian cancer or breast cancer. The PARP inhibitor is selected from compounds as shown in Formula B and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
