The present application provides a) an effective amount of a composition comprising nanoparticles comprising a) an mTOR inhibitor (such as a limus drug such as sirolimus or a derivative thereof) and albumin, b) an effective amount of an anti-VEGF antibody (such as bevacizumab), and c) A method of treating colon cancer (such as advanced and/or metastatic colon cancer) in a subject comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective FOLFOX therapy (such as FOLFOX4 or modified FOLFOX6).
