The present invention relates to a technology for exploring the distribution and content of a specific substance in a pine tree, and more particularly, using hyperspectral data to measure the content of specific elements, especially arsenic, in pine trees by analyzing images acquired using a hyperspectrometer. It relates to an apparatus and method for detecting arsenic content in pine trees.
