The present invention uses nanowires based on organic-inorganic hybrid halide perovskite (organic-inorganic hybrid halide perovskite) to provide a quantum hybridization negative differential resistance device and circuit having negative differential resistance (NDR) under low voltage conditions. The present invention relates to a channel portion formed of an organic-inorganic hybrid halogenated perovskite material and an electrode portion formed of an inorganic framework connected to both ends of the channel portion.
