The present invention provides a gas sensor using a composite polymer nanofiber structure for indicating a yarn-based gas in which metal particles whose resistance changes by reacting with a specific gas are uniformly deposited on a polymer nanofiber, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. Nano-sized metal particles are very uniformly formed on the polymer nanofibers, there are a number of nanogaps between the metal particles and the particles, and the nanofibers coated with the metal particles are lumped together at high density to form a yarn structure. A member for a flexible gas sensor is provided.
