Anti-PD-1/anti-VEGF natural antibody structure-like heterodimeric bispecific antibody and its preparation. Provided are a high stability, heterodimeric form anti-PD-1/anti-VEGF bispecific antibody with natural IgG characteristics and no mismatched heavy and light chains and a method for preparing the antibody. Bispecific antibodies can bind two target molecules simultaneously and provide improved efficacy in the treatment of complex diseases.
