The present invention is an anti-PD-1/anti-HER2 natural antibody structure sample heterodimeric bispecific antibody and a preparation method thereof. Specifically, the present invention provides a highly stable heterodimeric anti-PD-1/anti-HER2 bispecific antibody having the characteristics of natural IgG and no mismatch between heavy and light chains, and a method for producing the same.
