The present invention relates to Aeromonas salmonicida RTDH isolated from rainbow trout and a vaccine composition using the same. Aeromonas Salmonicida RTDH according to the present invention can be usefully used as a vaccine composition for the prevention or treatment of Aeromonas Salmonicida infection of fish.
