A construction supervision method using a cable inspection system for supervising an information and communication contractor for construction of an apartment house according to the present invention comprises the steps of: receiving household information from an RFID chip attached to a communication terminal box for each household by a portable terminal of a cable inspection system; transmitting the household information to a construction supervision server by the portable terminal; transmitting design information corresponding to the household information of an information and communication contractor to the portable terminal by the construction supervision server; checking an installation state of an installed cable using a body of the cable inspection system positioned at communications room of an apartment house based on the received design information by the portable terminal; and transmitting a result of checking the installation state of the cable to the construction supervision server by the portable terminal. According to the present invention, a construction supervision task of the information and communication contractor for apartment house may be efficiently performed.
