The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an eco-friendly film using shellfish shells and a recycled resin and to an eco-friendly film manufactured therefrom. The manufacturing method of an eco-friendly film comprises the steps of: creating recycled resin pellets; creating a shellfish master batch; mixing the recycled resin pellets and the shellfish master batch to polyethylene pellets; and manufacturing a film by melting and extruding a mixed composition to manufacture the film, thereby reducing the amount of carbon dioxide generated during the manufacture of discarded vinyl scrap and polyethylene, and having a gloss effect by the shellfish shells.
