The present invention relates to a DNA aptamer specifically binding to α-synuclein protein and consisting of specific polynucleotide sequences, and a use of the DNA aptamer. Specifically, the DNA aptamer according to the present invention specifically and strongly binds to α-synuclein protein, and the same binding appears in human samples. Thus, the DNA aptamer may be advantageously used for the diagnosis of Lewy body disease.
