The present invention relates to a high heat resistant and high adhesion adhesive tape, which comprises: a substrate layer; and an acrylic adhesive layer formed on one surface of the substrate layer and including a first adhesive, a second adhesive, a tackifying resin, and a cross-linking agent, wherein each of the first adhesive and the second adhesive comprises: a monomer mixture including a first monomer and a second monomer having the glass transition temperature equal to or greater than that of the first monomer; and a functional monomer having a cross-linkable functional group, and the second adhesive has molecular weight distribution equal to or greater than that of the first adhesive.
