The present invention relates to a solar LED signboard apparatus including solar LED lighting, capable of solving a negative effect on the beauty of a city as well as an increase in installation cost and reducing the power consumption of signboards and streetlights by installing an LED signboard and a streetlight separately. The solar LED signboard apparatus includes: an illuminance sensor sensing illuminance depending on the quantity of surrounding light; an LED lighting part installed in the lower part of the LED signboard apparatus, including reflectors installed at a predetermined angle on both sides of LED lighting, and automatically controlling lighting-on/off and brightness depending on the quantity of light sensed by the illuminance sensor; a floodlighting cover installed in the lower part of the LED lighting part, protecting an internal circuit with the prevention of foreign matter inflow, and transmitting an LED light source; a solar cell panel installed on a vertical or horizontal pillar, and generating electricity from sunlight to supply power to the illuminance sensor and the LED lighting part; and a control part operating the illuminance sensor, the LED light source of the signboard, and the LED lighting part with the power supplied from the solar cell panel, and automatically controlling the lighting-on/off and brightness of the LED lighting part and the LED light source of the signboard depending on the quantity of the light sensed by the illuminance sensor. According to the present invention, since LED lighting is configured in the lower part of a signboard and the lighting-on/off and brightness thereof are controlled by the illuminance sensor, costs for the installation of streetlights and their power consumption can be significantly reduced, and the beauty of a city can be improved.
