The solar cell installed pipe (1) has solar cell modules (2) which convert the solar energy into electrical energy. The solar cell modules are mechanically or adhesively fixed on metallic outer surface of pipe main structure which is coated with film. A translucent, waterproof enclosure (3) is arranged to surround the solar cell modules.
