The present invention provides a method for producing an insoluble antimicrobial and heavy metal removal polyaniline complex in which metal ions adhere to the surface of a conductive polymer by doping organic ions to a porous non-conductive polyaniline emeraldine base to impart conductivity and then doping metal ions. The present invention relates to a polyaniline complex prepared by the present invention, which is excellent in adsorption or removal of bacteria and microorganisms and removal of heavy metals. Various applications are possible for the purpose of removal.
