According to the present invention, a waterproofing construction apparatus using a weight comprises: a container body which allows a high-viscosity liquid sealant to be charged and accommodated therein and is configured to be moved; a pressure supply unit which supplies pressure to the high-viscosity liquid sealant charged in the container body to supply pressure to discharge the sealant to the outside; a reinforcing sheet rolling unit allowing a reinforcing sheet to be rolled on the upper end side of the container body to be inserted in the container body; a discharge guide unit which allows the high-viscosity liquid sealant to be discharged to the front end side of the container body as the pressure supply unit supplies the pressure, by being arranged on the lower end side of the front surface of the container body to discharge the reinforcing sheet rolled on the reinforcing sheet rolling unit at the same time when the sealant is discharged; and a pressure removal unit arranged on the upper end of the container body to block a weight pressure at the pressure supply unit from being supplied to the sealant while the container body is being moved. Instead of a method of waterproofing a floor surface of a slab such as a rooftop of a building or a floor surface of each floor in the building or a basement floor surface by manual work of workers, a high-viscosity liquid sealant is discharged to the outside while having a prescribed thickness by a weight pressure supplied using a weight on an upper side of a container body with the high-viscosity liquid sealant charged and accommodated therein according to a movement of the container body, with a relatively simple apparatus. At this time, a reinforcing sheet is simultaneously discharged with the discharged sealant and coated on the floor surface to markedly reduce waterproofing construction time and resolve a problem of variations in the thickness of waterproofing layers from work done by unskilled and skilled workers, so that the thickness of a waterproofing layers is uniform.
