According to an embodiment of the present invention, disclosed is an apparatus of analyzing a small-scale ionospheric disturbance time point. The apparatus comprises: a signal reception unit for receiving a satellite navigation signal and recognizing a slant total electron content (STEC) per time from the received satellite navigation signal; a third numerical differential processing unit for performing third numerical differentiation on the recognized STEC at fixed time intervals and specifying a time point at which a disturbance of a small-scale ionosphere occurs from a result of the third numerical differentiation to at least two time points; a time-varying data processing unit for calculating three-dimensional time-varying data for the disturbance of the small-scale ionosphere by performing third numerical differentiation according to at least two time intervals based on the result of the third numerical differentiation; and a time-varying data analysis unit for analyzing the calculated three-dimensional time-varying data according to a change in the time intervals and determining a small-scale ionospheric disturbance time point by a cause in the ground among the at least two specified time points from the analyzed result.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
