The present invention relates to a ventilation and energy saving-type air purifier comprising: a body case (10) providing a selective flow path of indoor air and outdoor air; a filter unit (20) selectively filtering indoor air and outdoor air inside the body case (10), measuring the degree of contamination, and providing the same to a control unit (60); a total heat exchange unit (30) performing heat exchange in a flow process of indoor air and outdoor air in the body case (10); a damper unit (40) regulating the air flow of indoor and outdoor air into the body case (10); a blowing unit (50) forcing indoor air and outdoor air to flow in the body case (10); and the control unit (60) controlling the operations of the filter unit (20), the damper unit (40), and the blowing unit (50) according to a measured contamination value of air provided by the filter unit (20). According to the present invention, air purification and ventilation can be simultaneously performed, user convenience can be significantly increased by automatically controlling the air purification and ventilation according to the degree of contamination of indoor air and outdoor air, and the efficiency of heat exchange performed in a ventilation process and ventilation performance can be significantly increased.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
