The present invention relates to a metaphor sentence generating apparatus. More specifically, the metaphor sentence generating apparatus comprises: a database storing a plurality of words used in the generation of a metaphor sentence; a metaphor generating unit generating a basic metaphor sentence by extracting a word from the database and generating a derivative metaphor sentence by combining a narrative adjective phrase with the basic metaphor sentence; and a suitability determining unit determining the suitability of the derivative metaphor sentence using a semantic distance between words of the generated derivative metaphor sentence.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
