The present invention relates to a fall prevention emergency exit for a building, which comprises: an opening and closing door having one side rotationally installed on a building so that an emergency exit can be opened and closed; a lower end support unit having one end connected to a lower end of the opening and closing door and the other end coupled to the building so that the other end can be connected to a lower end of the emergency exit; and a front surface closing unit having one end connected to the other side of the opening and closing door and the other end coupled to the building so that the other end can be connected to one side of the emergency exit. The lower end support unit and the front surface closing unit are foldable to be unfolded or folded by being rotated to open or close the emergency exit by the opening and closing door.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
