The present invention relates to an emergency exit fall prevention sensor, more specifically, which detects a fall from upper floors, and at the same time, prevents death from a fall as a buffer mat installed around a floor of a building is unfolded by an air blowing device. To achieve this, according to the present invention, the emergency exit fall prevention sensor comprises: a detection sensor detecting operation; and a main control unit recognizing a signal of the detection sensor to control an embedded type rescue mat to be unfolded.
