Disclosed are a tower crane signal system and a safe driving method for a tower crane using the same. According to embodiments of the present invention, the tower crane signal system includes: a signal terminal including signal buttons for instructing a motion of a tower crane; a receiving terminal installed in a driver cab and receiving a signal transmitted from the signal terminal; a processor determining whether the signal received by the receiving terminal and an actual movement of the tower crane correspond to each other or not; a first warning device installed in the signal terminal and generating a warning signal when the signal received by the receiving terminal is different from the actual movement of the tower crane; and a second warning device installed in the receiving terminal and generating the warning signal when the signal received by the receiving terminal is different from the actual movement of the tower crane.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
